Services OptionsOptimized to provide the flexibility and value small
and medium enterprise (SME) customers need, Agile Advantage PLM enables SMEs to
choose the solutions they need, when they need them and where they need them.
Service options are flexible, right-sized, and cost effective to assure quick
time-to-value, ready user adoptions, and success.
Available service options include Implementation
Services, Integration Services, and Training Services.
The
Agile Advantage agreements typically include two days of implementation
services. Additional optional services are available, but for many SME
customers, two days are sufficient to begin using the product and achieving
value.
Agile
Certified Professionals are available to help with integration to ERP, CRM, and
other enterprise applications.
Agile Advantage
customers can take advantage of flexible training programs, including online
programs which train end users, or which "train the trainers." Distance Learning
Training and On Site Training options are available on request, as well.
