Overview
The Agile Alliance Program is designed to serve our customers through leveraged partnerships to deliver and deploy an entire product solution, while sustaining 100% referenceability. We are seeking partners that can add the value of their best practices and proven methodologies to deliver superior implementation services and complementary products.
Program Overview
Agile Software engages in relationships with organizations that have the resources able to provide a complete range of services to new and existing customers using Agile software. Partner-provided services include implementation services, project management, application support, business process re-engineering, and software integration with other systems.
Agile has developed a few select partnerships and will work with companies that meet high standards in quality of work, professionalism and market recognition, as well as mutual customer satisfaction. Additionally, qualified organizations must meet the following criteria:
- Prior working experience and demonstrated success in product lifecycle management, supply chain management, manufacturing technologies and processes
- Prior experience with enterprise application implementations
- A reputation as a quality service provider
- Complementary market verticals and target customer segments
- Dedicated Agile product or implementation team
- Identified customer opportunities and shared lead management
Agile is prepared to make significant commitments to qualified partners. The benefits vary by partnership, but generally include:
- Dedicated resources to support partners
- Joint marketing programs
- Invitation to participate in Agile User Groups and Agility User Conferences
- Agile participation in Partner's User Groups
- Agile participation in Partner's Sales Kick-off meetings
- Agile product licenses for development, integration and testing
- Early access to new product releases through Beta programs
- Training and mentoring
- Certification programs
